These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Sweetface Global Inc. website (sweetfaceglobal.com) and any services you purchase from us. By using this site or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.
Sweetface Global Inc. ("Sweetface Global," "we," "us," "our") provides brand and visual design, video production and ad strategy, and media operations and execution services. Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing for each engagement are defined in a separate written proposal or agreement.
All services are custom-quoted based on project scope and quoted in US Dollars (USD). A quote is valid for the period stated in the proposal and is not binding until accepted in writing by both parties.
Payment terms, including any deposit, milestone payments, or recurring billing, are set out in your project agreement. Late payments may result in a pause of work.
You agree to provide timely feedback, approvals, and any assets (logos, copy, brand guidelines, footage, account access, etc.) needed to complete the engagement. Delays in providing these may affect project timelines.
Upon full payment, final approved deliverables are transferred to you for the use defined in your project agreement. Sweetface Global retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund Policy and Cancellation Policy.
Sweetface Global's total liability arising from any engagement is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
This website and its content are provided "as is." You agree not to misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, or use it for unlawful purposes.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
